Shipping
As we operate on a print-on-demand basis, production begins after your order is placed. Please allow 1-3 weeks for production and delivery. Once your item is ready, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
Machioto products are made especially for you after an order is placed, so delivery may take a little extra time. By producing items on a made-to-order basis rather than mass production, we help reduce overproduction and its environmental impact.
